Star sull’Aia stems from the awareness that collaboration between colleagues is the lifeblood of cooking and catering. We were looking for an idea to offer something new, a different and amusing evening, both for us and our guests. Given the success of the producers’ presentation at Gallo Rosso, we have thought of gathering our chef friends and cooking with them. We have aimed high and invited 4 among the greatest cooks in Marche and Emilia Romagna. They will take turns cooking in Gallo Rosso kitchen: Errico Recanati, from the restaurant Andreina in Loreto, Riccardo Agostini from Il Piastrino in Pennabilli, Michele Biagiola from the wine shop Le Case in Macerata and Pier Giorgio Parini from Osteria del Povero Diavolo in Torriana (Rimini). Each of the 4 evenings a different chef will decide and cook his menu and we, as good hosts, will assist him. Our aim is to create a synergy between us and the chef in order to bring to the table extraordinary flavours that guests will never forget. We will prepare a unique, unrepeatable dinner; for once the dishes of Errico, Riccardo, Michele and Pier Giorgio will come out of Gallo Rosso kitchen. An impressive dinner also requires extraordinary wine; that is why 4 great winemakers from Marche will accompany our evenings.
